If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods.
Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s) to the following email address: email@example.com
